Looking for the marriage and death records for Joseph Cascio born January 20, 1914 in New York City to parents Rosario Cascio (1885-1955) and Maria Aversano (1886-1967).
He was married to Jane Constantino (1917-1975). They had two children - Marie (born about 1941 in NY) and Roy Cascio (born about 1948 in NY).
Joseph Cascio had two brothers, Lorenzo (1915-1997) and Gandolfo "Murphy" (1919 - 2005), and one sister, Lucia "Lucy" (1912-2008).

But, they are adding information slowly.
You can also look to see if you find a certificate number by scanning thru NYC Marriage Indices then request a copy -

If you find a certificate number, I would go back and search archives with that number as they may have been indexed incorrectly.
