Hi there, welcome to the forum. (Sorry for the delay in replying - the forum was offline for a while.)

Could you please link us to the online records. Your screen shots are really difficult to read - when I try and home in by enlarging them the words just blurr.

Thank you.

Thanks to mmogno's great finds, including the link to the online birth records, I have been to translate Michele Sarro's birth record below:

Birth No 131 – Michele Sarro

Registered 10 December 1889 in the town of Oliveto Citra

Before the official appeared Pietro Sarro, 36 yo, a shoemaker/cobber (calzolaio), who lived in Oliveto Citra. He reported that at 6.15 am, on 6 December 1889, from his wife Luigia Nicastra, a housewife/domestic (donna di casa), living with him, was born a baby boy, who he presented to the official, and gave the name of Michele. The other names mentioned there are those of the men witnessing the registration.
Note the name of Michele’s mother in the birth record is Luigia and not Giuseppa as stated in the Draft List?

I couldn't quite catch the address they were living in but will take another look later, and also translate Carmine Lullo's birth record for you.

Birth No 65 – Carmine Lullo

Registered 3 May 1866 in the town of Oliveto Citra
Before the official appeared Vincenzo Lullo, son of the deceased Pietro (Lullo), 38 yo, a day labourer (bracciale), who lived in this town of Oliveto Citra. He presented a baby boy to the official who he reported was born at 9 pm on 2 May 1866, from his wife Rosa Carbone, daughter of the deceased Domenico, living with him, in Strada Portagiudua?, which son was given the name of Carmine.

So Carmine was born 2 May 1866 not 3 May as set out in the Draft List.
