Grandparent Marriage Certificate

Post by mauro95 »

There's many talented translators here, and I'm hoping to get some help translating the parish where my grandparents were married.

The certificate states their marriage was registered in the Diocese of Caltagirone.

All I can make out is "S. M*** delle Gr***". I want to say it's S. Maria delle Grazie but I don't see any of those churches currently existing.

I am only able to see:
1. Chiesa Del Ss. Crocifisso
2. Chiesa di San Cono
3. Chiesa Madre

Maybe this church no longer exists, or it was renamed I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated.
