Both of my grandparents and great grand parents are from Fantina. Im told we have still have a cousin there her name is Carmelina.

Im told she moved from Fantina but still lives Italy

My Father was a LoPresti. My Lopresti side goes back to the 1500"s

The person who gave my 97 year old Uncle This information has since passed away. Last I know they lived in Argentina after they left Sicily.

My Grandparents came to the US in the 1920"s after the war. My Grandfather was granted citizenship.

I was born in the US and lived in the US the entire life.

I started my the Family tree for my son Miko who is 17. I wanted to get all the information while my father was still alive. Sadly he passed away 3 years ago he was 80.

Now his only living brother remains and he is 97 and is dying from cancer. Im trying to finish my family tree before he passes. Thats why finding out what happened to my great grandmother Carmela Ferrara is so important.

We used am app called "What's App" we texted through that. He wrote in Italian then I used google translate to translate to English.

His cousin in the US speaks English. I'm hoping to hear from them in the next couple of days
