Help with City in attached marriage record

I'm having trouble reading the handwriting on the attached marriage record. I'm trying to determine the city the groom is from. I'm looking at entry 21 on the top of page 51 for Mimico and Margarita Saguni (or Saccone - I've been finding many different variations on the name throughout the records). In any event, his city looks something like "Giuga" or "Siusa"...I just can't figure it out though.
