Translating with AI

Post by kra »

Hi guys and gals,
Maybe this is a silly question or has been covered before, but how accurate are the AI tools at translating? Is it still recommended to get certified translations for any official documents?

Ah sorry, is it recommended for any official uses (such as citizenship by descent) to have an actual certified translation. But I think I have since answered my own question as these translation apps don't seem very accurate from what I've seen so far. I'm thinking you need to find a good translation service. Any recommendations?

When you have to translate documents for citizenship, they will usually not be of the kind you see in this Forum.
They will be "extracts" reporting the main info.
So, translator doesn't have to be necessarily "a master".

Hi! AI tools can be quite accurate for general translation, but for official documents or sensitive content, it's still best to use certified translations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
