It is basically just verifying the 1879 birth register to date, beginning at page 1 with Record No 1 in January 1879 to Record No 131, 30 April 1879, Page 45. It is signed 15 May 1879. You will see this again at the end of August beginning with the next record, No 132, and then again after the final birth entry in December 1879.
