Do I have a valid 1948 case?

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Do I have a valid 1948 case?

Post by greenmoonblitz »

A few years ago I posted my case on here but I wanted to make a new thread and see if I still have a valid path because I know there is a lot of great, knowledgeable people on here who know the law way better than I do and keep up to date with how the 1948 path is being interpreted by the courts :D
