This is not the marriage certificate, but the request of 30.03.1867 to make the banns in Altamura.
However...
The groom is Luigi Spezzacatena, 26 years old, shepherd, domiciled in Altamura, son of Nicola, ploughman, and Rosa Lorusso both deceased and when alive domiciled in Altamura. Luigi was born on 1 November 1840.
The bride is Maddalena Lorusso, 20 years old, domiciled in Altamura, daughter of the late Michele, shepherd, and Rosa Petrignano. Maddalena was born on 15 November 1846. Her father died on 20 December 1864.

How is the marriage bann link that I gave, which comes before the marriage, document # 96, but the later marriage record with a later date document 36?

Record # 109 appears to be the actual marriage record.
