Hi all,
I found your lovely forum and thought I would give this a go here. I've hit a bit of a wall with my grandfather's side of the family in putting together a family tree (other family member have done a good job chasing everyone else out to at least 3 generations... 1820s-1840s).
I'm looking for more information for my great grandparents:
GGF: Angelo D'Alessandro, b: 29 Sept 1876
GGM: Angeline (Angelina) Del Fiacco, b: 21 Apr 1878 (year is correct, month / day is my best guess based on another record).
Their oldest daughter (my mom's aunt) was born in Italy as well: Desolina "Sulia" D'Alessandro b: 4 Aug 1905
From what I can find through Ellis Island records:
Angelo came to Pittsburgh in 1903, with possibly a brother named Agostino D'Alessandro (1877) with a handful of men their age from Collarmele. He must have went back, got married, and he returned in 1905 (Agostino paid). Then I can find records of Angelina Del Fiacco coming over in 1909 with a then 3yo (soon to be 4) 'Isolia' D'Alessandro from Collarmele. They all lived in Ralphton, PA (factory coal mining hamlet), where the rest of my great aunts and uncles were born, before eventually moving to Philly later in life.
On Angelo's death certificate (1963), his father is listed as 'Stephan D'Alessandro' and his mother's maiden name is "Vincenzo". I don't believe it's actually Stephan (maybe Stefano?), but they were doing things like dropping the ' and what not to sound more American then. I know nothing more about the Del Fiacco's beyond my great grandmother
The above is about all I can find. My great aunts and uncles have all since passed on over the last 25 years, and now their kids are approaching their 80s and are starting to pass on as well, so we're losing the ability to track this down within the family.
Any help on where to find this information, birth certificates, christenings, marriage dates, even parent's names would be most helpful.
Thank you.

Re: D'Alessandro and Del Fiacco - Collarmele, L'Aquila
I should add, only a handful went to Philadelphia (parents, and some daughters and son). One daughter moved to Morganville WVA, another to Warren Ohio, and another to Silver Springs, MD.
I did find Angelina's death certificate. Her father is listed as Toney Delfiacco, no maiden name listed for her mother. I don't believe he came here.
