Appearing before the official were:

Groom Corrado Turtur, 23 yo, born in Molfetta, a Contadino, living Strada Sant’ Orsola, son of Nicolo’ Turtur, a contadino, living herein and of Anna Maria Sasso, living herein

Bride Elisabetta de Gennaro, 23 yo, born in Molfetta, living Strada San Leonardo, daughter of Giovanni de Gennaro, Bracciale (day labourer) and of Margherita de Pinto, both living herein.

Marriage Entry right column: They were married in the parish of San Gennaro, on 5 February 1865.

Molfetta 1 October 1812

Groom: Signor Giuseppe Viesti, 34 yo, Civile (landowner), living in Molfetta, Strada Sant’Angelo, No 46, the adult son of the deceased Notar (Notary) Salvatore Viesti and of the deceased Signora Maria Maddalena Mastropasqua, who both died in this town, the first on 11 November 1811 and the second on 4 March 1797, as per their respective Death Act/Certificate.

Bride: la Signora Antonia Zora Candida, 22 yo, Civile, living in this town, Strada Annunciata, No 58, adult daughter of the deceased Felice Candida, who died in this town 15 July 1812 as per a Death Act exhibited to us, and from Signora Domenica Civilli, 50 yo, Civile, living in this town, in said street and number, present to give her consent.

I am really enjoying finding the records and expanding my family tree, but what I really appreciate - is the help from people like yourself who are doing the translating. Thank you again.

:D There's always someone here to help with the translations. They are not always the easiest to read. I really like that you have taken ownership of your own research by locating these records. Sometimes as volunteers we can overdo it by robbing people of the adventure and delight of locating records for themselves.
