Hello listers,
last Sept 22nd was the official day of the movie "Nuovomondo"
(Golden Door) of Italian movie maker Emanuele Crialese, who won the
Silver Lion to the Biennale of Venice.
It is about a story of a Sicilian family, from Petralia Sottana, in the province of Palermo who is leaving to Ellis Island.
Now this beautiful movie, that I already have seen, might be on the 5 foreigners movie to win the Oscar award in Los Angeles next March
