Nati doc?

Hello, I'm researching my ancestor Bruno Maria Tripodi and came across this doc attached to the 1887 nati records, if anyone can explain to me what is happening here, that would be really helpful. Thanks!

It is an enquiry to legitimate sons/daughters born before the marriage between Luigi Salvatore Costa and Maria Elisabetta Fazio, both from Mongiana.
Their names are:
1) Giuseppe Antonio Costa, born in Mongiana on January 17th, 1870.
2) Maria Elisabetta Filomena Costa, born in Mongiana on September 28th, 1872.
3) Eufemia Elisabetta Costa, born in Mongiana on August 30th, 1878.
4) Francescantonio Costa, born on May 11th, 1882.
5) Bruno Maria Costa, born on September 2nd, 1886.
