Help with death record, Biagio Briganti

Post by italian059 »

Would someone please help with this record. I think they used the maiden name of the grandmother in this record because the mother's name was Tinnirello and her mother's name was Gulotta. Not sure I am reading this correctly but was he married more than once? Also I am not sure what the last sentence is referring to. Thanks so much for any info. First record on the right side of page

Date May 30th, 1856.
Death record of Biagio Briganti, 44 years old, husband of Maria Ferrara, son of the both deceased Salvatore and Carmela Gulotta, recieved the Blessed Oils by Cohadiutor Priest Don Giuseppe Federico Milone and all the Blessed Sacraments and he was buried in the (I'm not sure) Reformed Franciscan Church.
