Nusco birth, death & marriage records

Post by say »

I just wanted to let people know whose family are from Nusco that I have now completed my database of birth, death and marriage records from 1809-1910 from the microfilm records available at the family history center. If anyone needs me to look up their family, please contact me at say5@earthlink.net and I will be happy to do so.

Unfortunately, the only town I know anything of is Nusco. My first step would be to check on the Latter Day Saints web site to see if your town has microfilm records available there. There is a link I have included below. Other than that, please post this question to others that will know so much more than I. Best of luck!

Did you have any luck finding the records you needed? How robust is the microfilm collection - are there a lot of births recorded from the 1870s and 1880s?

I'm only curious because I'm nervous about not finding my great grandfather's birth certificate in the microfilm collection I just leased from the LDS. I'm still waiting for it to arrive at my local LDS branch. I was surprised that the records for my ancestor's town, Bonefro, went all the way back to 1810 too.

I found a huge amount of information from the microfilm records of Nusco. I am sorry I cannot even guess how many records there are for your town, but hopefully you will have as much success as I did. I wish you the best in your search.

Hi Carlotte & welcome to the forum!

It would be best for you to start a "new topic" with your family information.

Provide as much as you can. Names, year(s) of birth, immigration information, where resided, etc and records & research you have already done.

Look forward to the new post & helping you.
