I would like to know how long it aprox. take to get a turn of the consulate of Buenos Aires. Right now they say it takes around 4,5 years and that they are giving turns out for 2011 and 2012. I would like to know if this correct. I also would like to know if anybody here has a way to get the pasport and-or turn earlier by getting some contacts?
I heard that in the consulate of Móron there are 4000 aplicants and that they are giving out turns for 2011. Anybody who can confirm?
I wonder also if it you have any chance to aply for a fast-track for reason that my girlfriend needs to move for Europe. I own a (big) company in Holland and would be able to make a credible story for Holland. Italy is possible as well( like me, a Dutch citizen getting a job there) but I would like to do if there is any chance of succes on a proces like that.
P.S. That I probally like to start around 2009. My girlfriend needs to study atleast 2 more years and all the necesary papers are not there yet.

Hello,
I know your girlfriend may live in Italy while waiting for citizenship.
I just knew that:
1) when she arrives to Italy she goes straight to Questura to declare herself to be in the territory of Italy, they will issue for her a temporary permesso di soggiorno;
2) with this permesso di soggiorno and all the paperworks ready and translated into italian she goes to Ufficio anagrafe to register for residenza (maybe at the beginning to some friend or relative house). The Ufficio Anagrafe issue a receive that she is registred as a resident. Ufficio Anagrafe will forward to Prefettura that she wants to apply for italian citizenship via blood right
3) after that she goes to Cinformi, or Patronato or Union (Sindacato) who will forward via internet the request to have a permesso di soggiorno in attesa di cittadinanza
I hope it helps,
bye Riccardo
