Go to www.comuni.it and type in BOvino in the lower right and then click on the comune Bovino when it comes up and there is a space to "scrive al comune" e-mail the town itself and ask them if there are any origanziations involving the Gesualdi surname. In additon go to www.google.com and type in GESUALDI-GENEALOGY BOVINO ITALY and see who is doing research similar to yours. Peter

The person who answered you named Triush is a commercial genealogist who advertises her company name. She is apparently seeking clients. Do not Pau her anything. Peter

Peter,

I am not going to fight with you any more. Why can't you except that I enjoy giving out information?

Also, Edmondo who owns this website and forum, emailed to ask what your problem is with me and I told him all about as well as sent all the links where you bashed me, bad mouth me, harassed me, cursed me, etc.

Now grow up, act like a man, and stop harassing me!

Hi Leonardo,

One more thing, The Family History Center has microfilm for both Bevino and Panni. You can go to www.familysearch.org and do a place search and find the list with microfilm numbers for both towns. Plus you can do a search for your local FHC so you can order the film.

You can rent the film for about $3.50 depending on your location. You will have 30 days to view the film when it comes it. The Volunteers are usually very helpful.

I wish you luck

my family moved to NY. The D. stands for Dominic or Denado or something similar not sure of the spelling... But I don't know where any of their relatives might have moved or who stayed in Italy.

Hi There,

Just to let you know, you can order and rent microfilm for the town of Bovino through your nearest Family History Center (LSD). The microfilm costs about $3.50 a roll. The link below is the film numbers. Just remember, the film is in Italian.
