Having trouble reading columns 11 and 12 for Giovanna Conti and Francesca Raciti on lines 24 and 25. I see father Raciti but that's about all I can read.

Looks like it states that she left her Father Riciti in Riposta which is a town in Siciliy on the coast, apparently equidistant from Catania and Taormina.

You posted it correctly.
The problem is that only people who have a subscription to Ancestry can open that web page. If you want everyone to be able to see the manifest you must post it from the Ellis Island site or from Steve Morse pages.
