Be careful when spelling the towns because if one letter is wrong it return negative. the name of the town is SANT'ANGELO LODIGIANO, Postale 26866 and the other town is SESSANO DEL MOLISE, Postale 86097. There is no INCISI in Sant'Angleo lodigiano. Do you have his birth year? Then you could request a birth record for him to be sure he was born there. Peter
