Raso Family

Post by jmd0727 »

I found a copy my my GG grandmothers wedding cert, in that it says that his fathers name was Nick Raso. I was always told that his name was william. I know that he was from Sciacca and that he died in Italy and never made it to the Us with his family. His wife name was Accursia Marchese and they had 3 daughters: Gregoria, Maria and Domenica......I am looking for any info on him.....they most likely were married in 1880's

LDS has the following microfilms available for Sciacca.

Civil records 1820-1929 for birth, death, marriages etc.

Census records 1584-1815

Find a Family History Center near you and go in to order your films.

Hope this helps.

No, you must go into a lacal Family History Center to order and view the films. The cost is approximately $6 per roll and takes about 3 weeks. Here is the link to find a center close to you.
