Certificate of NO citizenship

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Certificate of NO citizenship

I am requesting my GGF's certificate of no citizenship from Argentina, will this one need to be apostilled, translated, and certified by the Italian consulate in Argentina?
I am going through the Miami consulate.

I would ask Miami Consulate in what manner would Miami want the Italian Consulate in Argentina to prepare Argentina document of no citizenship in support of your application. It always pays tobe absolutely sure just what MIAMI wants and request it in writing if possible.

Administration is more lethal than a gun!!! =Peter=
