Help with my Mother Maiden name "Pretini Gisella"

My Father and Mother eloped in the 1930's......Hence, she was isolated from her Family .....Need some help in finding my Grandparents on my maternal side. She was from Tuscany (around Pisa), born in the early 1900. Your help is appreciated.

In Italy most records are in the town of origin and that is what you have not advised us about. If you know fine, if not can you tell us more about Giselkla's arrival int he USA since there is none at first glance in the ellis island website. But before you do anything find the town of origin.
