Hello everyone,
I am looking for any information regarding my family's last name, from both sides.
My mother's ancestors arrived in Brasil around 1895 at Sao Paulo de Sorocaba, SP. From there they headed to Chacara, M.G. which is a District of Juiz de Fora, M.G.
My great grandfather's name was Eupidio Candido de Oliveira and his wife was Maria de Souza Moreira, it is known that they got married in this town, but no other details were provived to me.
In other hand there is my father's family whos last name is Normandia Lacerda de Morais, also radicated in Minas Gerais (Sao Joao do Gloria and Muriae), this second one I unfortunately don't know much, except for their last name. Any information would be really appreciated and of great value.
Thanks to all!
Dione

If you have not already done so, you could type each of the surnames you list, one at a time, into google along with the word genealogy. In this way you may well find other people who have already done research into the same families you are now researching.
This simple yet effective advice is often extended by Peter himself to many other enquirers. I am puzzled and somewhat worried that Peter did not extend this courtesy to you too Dione.
I wish you all the best in your endeavours.
