Thank you note, update

Ciao a tutti,

I have received an email from Cosenza explaining the cost for an atto di matrimonio. I am sending the requested importi and want to include, in a handwritten note on a copy of the email, which references the atto and its number, a brief note. Is this considered rude and should I send a typed note included with the email?

Here is a copy of the note I want to include, does it seem too abrupt? I certainly don't want to insult anyone:


Gentile dottoressa XXXXX,

Includo 2€ per la copia atto di matrimonio. Ringraziandovi in anticipo.

It's OK however I would slightly change it as follow:

Gentile dottoressa XXXXX,

Come da Sua richiesta, includo 2€ per la copia dell'atto di matrimonio.

"Suggeriamo di inviare l'importo di euro in busta chiusa all'interno di un foglio ripiegato per evitare che il contenuto si veda all'esterno e possa essere sottratto."

Thank you Livio. I will let you know when (if) it arrives. By the way, I ordered this document through the Archivo Di Stato Di Cosenza website. This is the first time I have not requested a document through the mail. This might be too convienent to be true.

Ciao a tutti,

I have just received the atto di matrimonio from Calabria. As I mentioned in an earlier post, this document was requested through Cosenza's official webpage portal. I mailed the 2€ with the thank you note that Livio tweaked for me on the 26 April and recieved the document today 4 May.
