Can anyone point me in the direction of finding out more about the Del Brocco surname in Italy please? Thanx.

What information are you seeking?
As you can see with this mapping tool ( http://www.gens.labo.net/en/cognomi/genera.html ), the Del Brocco's today are located chiefly in the Lazio region, slightly southeast of Rome.
And, from the 179 current Italian telephone listings ( http://www.paginebianche.it/execute.cgi ... btt=1&om=0 ), Del Brocco is not uncommon but not hugely common either. My own surname, which I always thought of as somewhat rare, is present in 358 comuni and over 850 telephone listings.

Re: Del Brocco
As an aside, "brocca" (with an "a") means jug or pitcher in italian; "del" is "of the". So, Del Brocca (with an "a") would be "of the jug".
Perhaps your ancestors produced clay jugs way back when? Or maybe just drank from them?

Re: Del Brocco
I have dates of when my Grandfather was born & died, along with my Grandmother. They are buried in Sezze in the province of Lazio. Not 100% sure in which direction to head. Have their residential address also. Would like to find out who their parents were etc. & see how far i can go back.

Re: Del Brocco
You can write to Sezze and request burial records. I have never seen them, but am guessing that they will include the place and date of birth of the deceased. Once you have that info, you can write again and request birth/marriage records.
On the chance that they were born in Sezze, you could write for those immediately and see what happens.

Not sure about the correct office for burial records, but for birth/marriage/death records, you can write to:
Ufficio dello Stato Civile
Comune di Sezze
Via Diaz n.1
04018 Sezze LT
