Don't know if these records may be helfpul for you...My great grandfather's name was Vincenzo Lupiano. His wife: Rosina Spatafore (not sure of her last name's spelling, as I've seen Spadafore, Spatafora, etc.)
Also, I discovered my grandfather has another brother: Antonio Marino Vincenzo Lupiano. DOB is August 28, 1904 Boston.
Glad I was able to help!amnlupiano wrote:OMG!!!!
I can't thank you all enough! IT'S GOING TO TAKE ME SOME TIME TO PROCESS!
For the first time, I have proof I'm from Manocalzati!!!!
If either of them lived into the late 1930's or beyond, you may be able to obtain copies of their social security applications. These should contain their date and place of birth as well as father's name / mother's maiden name.amnlupiano wrote:Anyway, now that I'm getting closer, how can I find a marriage record or birth record of my Great Grandparents? Other than rumors they were from Avellino, that's all I know.
