After the printed word "casa" meaning "house" or "home" the following written words appear to be "di categoria abitazione" meaning (loosely) of housing type or category.

Not sure yet about the surname, but the words in the bottom image are

house of one's own habitation

Jamie

Is there any way for you to upload a wider section of the image where the surname is. I think there might be the surname FARINA followed by some other words that are not actually part of the surname but which look like they are. It is not uncommon for the Italian script to have a number of words which run into each other giving the appearance that they are all one word when they are actually individual words not separated by spaces in the handwriting.

Thanks

I actually want to see the end of the line where the name is and the beginning of the next line in the document.

I see the word sua after the surname I typed above and think the next word is actually split between the end of that line and the next. I am thinking it is the word moglie for his wife.

It does say "sua moglie legittima"-his legitimate wife- after the surname in the document, so at least I am correct about that. So I need to go back and concentrate on the spelling of the surname. This is why it is important to scan as much as you can of a document that you want deciphered. Thanks.

Now that I've looked at the surname again, it is not Farina. It looks like it ends in ca, but I still don't know what it is

I thought the second and forth letters might be o's or a's. I had been thinking a variation of the surname Torraca but maybe with only one r.

I just saw something else when I zoomed in on the surname and adjusted the brightness and contrast. Now I see the surname Toma and there is one person in the current Italian phonebook in Cassino with that surname. So this could be a real possibility.
