I believe the surname of Angela is to be Pinchera.

Please can you let me know your suggestions?

Neither of which seem to exist in modern Italy. Nor Pincata or Pincara.

Interestingly, there is a comune named Pincara in Provincia di Rovigo.

PS: There are 80 Pinchera's listed throughout modern Italy ( http://www.paginebianche.it/execute.cgi ... btt=1&om=0 ), about a third of whom are in Cassino. However, I cannot see Pinchera in the posted image. Sorry.

Could the location possibly be Cassine, just north of Acqui Terme?
