Thanks to Livio, I think I figured out this document is my g-g-grandmother's grandfather's death certificate. If I can read it correctly, I think it's the death certificate of Francesco Filippo, son of Domenico (deceased) and Francesca Piliero (deceased). If this is the case, I just back two more generations (and a new surname) just from my g-g-grandmother's first marriage! Wow! Anyway, if anyone can assist in this document, I would greatly appreciate it!

Francesco was 50 when he died.
The people that reported the death were: Domenico Antonio Sambogna, 60, woodworker and Andrea Carabona, 50, farmer (massaro).
