Eduardao Lanza (b. 27 Nov 1868)

I was wondering if anyone knows of the Lanza family? My great great grandfather was Eduardo Lanza, born 27 Nov 1868 in Spezzano Piccola, Calabria. His father was listed as Michele on a U.S. passport application.

Does anyone know anything about this family - older generations, siblings, etc?

Looks like his parents were unknown... Do you know if Michele was his adoptive father?

Thank you Laura! I have a US Passport Application for Eduardo from 1925, after he had already become a US citizen. It lists his father as Michele, deceased, born in Italy. Since the birthdates match up, I'm sure its the same Eduardo. Its interesting that he doesn't list his parents names on the military document.
