I joined this website months ago for the records on Cosenza and other towns
it will let me in to the index but will not show me the records has anyone else had a problem also.

I have probably spent 100 or more hours at that site and the only actual records I have seen there are registro/liste di leva pages (military conscription records).

John there is suppose to be other records on there also according to the website
for Udine and Mantova province

If you are wanting to search records prior to 1865, you are possibly looking for this site here: http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/?q=gallery

For records post 1865 go to Family Search. You need to know the Province, and then search for the town.

I found that the dates on the files refer to the person's birth year, not to the year served in the military.
