luce mia, tesoro mio, vita mia
mia luce, tesoro mio, vita mia
Which one if any would be correct?

Depends on what the emphasis is.
Put MIA before the noun and it implies ownership, put it after and it is more nostalgic. Its hard to explain, but it should be all before or all after.
