Anthony Tacchi Born 1784c Italy

Hello All

Just found this forum and hoping someone can help with my Anthony Tacchi please...

I know Anthony was born in Italy around 1784 (re census) he came to Bedfordshire England and married Ann Butcher in 1811 (FamilySearch) They had several children, Anthony died in Bedfordshire 1868 (BMD Index) I was wondering if anyone could help me find out what part of Italy he came from and how do I go about finding his birth details? I would love to know who his father/mother was. How do I go about finding this information?

Did you see images of these records, or just some extracted info?
If you didn't, you can get microfilms at an LDS Center; may be they record place of birth...

The details I have are from the English census records (images) the BMD Index (images) and LDS family search web site.
I would have thought the LDS site would have given birth place of Anthony if they had that information, maybe I'm wrong so its worth me getting in touch with them.

I did some looking at the census and saw Antonio Tacchi and Ann Butcher had a daughter named Ann Tacchi born abt 1820 so I looked a little and came up with this possible death record of Ann Tacchi in Comune of Como must of went back to Italy to live from Bedfordshire England possible fathers birth place.

In the year 1907 March 5th before Ernesto DiGregori civil official of Como died Ann Tacchi(daughter) age 89 housewife born in Belford living in Como daughter of deceased Antonio Tacchi who lived in Belford and deceased Anna Butcher born in Belford and she was also a widower to Giuseppe (LOOKSLIKE) Tacchi.

Did a little more looking possible Ann Tacchi's(the daughter) husband Giuesppe Tacchi's (abt1824) death record says she was a widow on the other record at her death so could possible be him. On both records they have the Tacchi name so they may have possible been married cousins if this is her.

died Giuesppe Tacchi age 63 born and living in Como son of deceased Francesco Tacchi and deceased Antonia Maria Tacchi living wife Anna Tacchi

Is there anyway I can find out when Anthony Tacchi came to England from Italy? He married in England (Bedfordshire) in 1811 and died here in 1868. He must have left Italy before 1811 (marriage date in England) Do they have birth registers in Italy?

I did notice on Ann's death record there is a address via #9 Domencio Fontana,comune of Como you could check for churches in the area for Baptism records of Anthony Tacchi because before 1820 civil records are tough and you have to go to the church its a shot through.

Its on the goggle map just enter Como italy and then via Domencio Fontana and it will come up check the area for the nearest catholic church they are in meters for distance

Letter asking for info on Antonio Tacchi for baptism record from there registry from the church from years 1782-1786.Wrote father and mother name unknown its pretty tough with no parents names.But you never know its a $1.00 to send a letter to Italy.
