Need help with Marriage Documents

Several documents related to the marriage of my great grandparents ... The last two appear similar but have a different printed notation after the officials signature. Did these two serve different purposes ? Any and All information about these would be greatly appreciated as beyond these I suspect I'll need to go to the church or diocese.

29 Jan 1868 - This is the first post of the marriage banns related to the couple:
Groom: Giuseppe Tonetti, cart driver, born in Brusnengo, of age (major), son of the living Antonio (cart driver living in Brusnengo) and of the living Maria Diana (no profession living in Brusnengo)
Bride: Carolina Balocca, farmer, born in Brusnengo, of age (major), daughter of the living Giacomo (cart driver living in Brusnengo) and of the deceased Brigida Gallinetti (no profession living in Brusnengo)

This is a declaration (Feb 3 1868) of The Civil state officer that the banns related to the above couple were posted for the time required by the law. In this document both Giuseppe and Carolina appear to be 21 years old

In 7. Giacomo's father's name = Celestiano ? ... I thought it might be Sebastiano ... But I'm sure your reading of Italian script is much better than mine.

You are correct, the name is Sebastiano!

Hi my name is Renzo Gallinetti, my parents were born in Italy, they lived in Brusnengo, my grandparents were Guiseppe Gallinetti and Carolina Gallinetti born in about mid 1880's my dad in 1906, he left Italy in about 1932. Maybe you can give me a bit more ionformation as I see you are researching Brigida Gallinetti from Brusnengo possibly a realtion. Thanks
