Italian Adoption Laws

[tonij16102]

Does anyone know how long records are sealed in Italy on adoptions? My friend just found out his real last name knows the name of the adoption center where he lived until he was almost 6 yrs yrs old before coming to America with his adoptive family. He wld love to make some kind of connection with any family members there.
