Finding siblings

How do you locate records of siblings as I notice my grandparents birth certificates do not mention siblings. The family name is Epis from Oneta Bergamo

If you know the names of your great grandparents and they born after 1865, email the comune of Oneta, http://www.comuni-italiani.it/016/148/index.html
using this letter form http://www.circolocalabrese.org/resourc ... agrafe.asp
and hopefully you will receive a reply.
If the great grandparents were born before 1865, you may have to email the Province,
