I need some help with this note I have found in a Parish record, it does not look like a baptized record rather a note on a child inserted between the records. I have attached the context and you can see that no number was assigned to this particular born and no mother.
What I can read here is:

Dominico filius quondam (?) Joannis Baptista Angeli unreadable unreadable fratis unreadable unreadable unreadable...
I am not sure of the quondam either...basically i understand only the names
Looks to me like the priest started an entry then crossed it out before completing it. Maybe he was in the wrong book.

Yes, it makes sense. This belongs to the parish of a small village in Trentino (Tenna) whose church depended from another village (Pergine) for some years. I guess it is possible that the books were kept separate but the priest in charge was the same. It exists a Dominico Angeli born in 1803 in Pergine, so it is possible that it was reported in the Tenna book by mistake.
It has been crossed out because it was in the wrong register, being a death act among birth registrations:
