I would love to have a translation of my maternal great grandfather's war record.

Many thanks in advance

On Feb 5 1913 he received a hip bruise due to horse spill during external training, as reported in the minutes of the administrative council held on Feb 10 1913. On 12 Dec 1914 he cut his chin due to a horse head butt during the training, as reported in the minutes of the administrative council held on Jan 23 1915.

The bottom printed part states that he is athourized to bear the Vicory inter-allied Medal
