Caradonna Family
Caradonna Family
I am searching for information regarding my grandfather's family. His name was Ernesto Caradonna, son of Eugenio and Julia (Ippolito) Caradonna. He was born in Montlelanico in 1894 and emigrated to USA in 1902. Family stories indicate that he had many sisters, but I do not know names.
Re: Caradonna Family
Welcome to the Forum!
Do you have all of your US records?
If not, we would be happy to help you look.
There may be clues to his sister's names in census or immigration records.
Was Ernesto born 25 Nov 1884? Did the family live in MA?
Thank you, Valarie

Re: Caradonna Family
Thank you.
Ernesto was born 25 November, 1884. I have hime emigrating in 1902, and I think living in Genoa, NY in 1905. I lose track of him between 1905 and 1914. He lived in Springfield, MA for the rest of his life and married Augusta Montanari.
I am most interested in birth to 1902 as well as his parents and grandparents and siblings.
I appreciate your help.

Your nearest Family History Center can order records for Montelanico for 1871-1934 on microfilm.
The cost is about $6 mo (rent), you’ll need to go to the center to order & view them.

Thanks for the leads. I will follow-up.
Re: Caradonna Family
Eugenio Caradonna and Guilia Ippolito were married prior to 1871 in the Dioceses of Segni-Velletri. Any suggestions on obtaining these records?
