Antonio Liborio Serpico may have been born in 82, but we're just not sure. Also not sure of the day. We though it was '17' but could be wrong...
We've pretty much got his birth certificate translated, but the dates have us stumped.
Can someone who is familiar with the way the Italians made their numbers in the turn of the century please help?

We would very much appreciate it!
