Hi, I'm researching my family as I assume everyone elses doing .
I'm at a road block with no other leads no one will give up information especially in.
this family. My great great grandmother was Francesca Gallo she married Dominic
Imbornone they had 5 daughters I know all this . I just don't know Francesca Gallo or Dominic imbornone parents , siblings ect . They were born I Italy sciacca I think they were Siciln . Not sure. if anyone can help with this let me know . I'd appreciate it . Thanks =)

Hi,

if this 1901 arrival manifest for Francesca Gallo is correct, then she was 35 years old so born on approx. 1866, her last residence in Italy was Sciacca, she was already widow and stated she was going to meet her sister Marianna in Brooklyn. She was travelling with her two daughters Leonarda age 9 and Domenica age 2:

Ok I asked my grandmother who is 92 Francesca Gallo (imbornone) came here and met up with husbands sister Marianna in Brklyn NY who's last name was buscemi at the time
