Family terms in Italian

Does anyone know how Italians refer to a first cousin's child? In English we would say he is my first cousin once removed. How would this be referred to in Italian?

Unfortunately, Italian language hasn't a proper way to correctly indicate this kind of relationship. We may indifferently say "cousin" or "2nd cousin", which both are wrong definition: the English one is much better and more precise.
