Hi, just found this website. I have family from Grumo Appula. I am looking for the marriage of Francesco Cavalluzzi to Angela Antonelli. Angela was born in Grumo March 7,1867. Francesco was born sometime around 1860. He came to America sometime around 1908. Judging from the births of their children, marriage should be pre 1895. Any help would be appreciated. Given Italian handwriting difficulties in decipehering letters of words, could your "Faniello" actually be "Fariello"? I have Fariello relatives from Grumo Appula. The oldest couple I have is Rocco Fariello (about 1787 - ?) and his wife Maria Tricarico (about 1794 - ?). I would like to find a marriage record or death records so that I can go back another generation. They had at least two children, both named Nicola. The first was born and died in 1826. The second was born on Novermber 2, 1827 and married Eufrasia Maria D'Erasmo (1824 -1876) on November 30, 1854, and they had at least 4 children.
