Translation Needed for Rachela Pinot Death Notice

[scraig32]

I just found the death notice of my ancestor Rachela Pinot. I would greatly appreciate any help with translation of this document, specifically names of her parents, spouse, children, address, cause of death, etc. Thank you so very much for your help. It is the first entry on the left #49
