The register states that the Commune of san Leo received a message from the Commune of Pesaro, that in its turn had received a message from the mental hospital of Pesaro, making known the death of Giuseppe Salpieri, 60 years, peasant, living in san Leo.
So, no need of witnesses, as there were two offcial communications; as to place of birth, the hospital probably did not know about it.
