Well, it's a very rough writing.
I'd say it looks like an address.
My guess is:
Notarangelo Antonio
Capitano di lungo corso (but it's just a guess...that means, let's say "captain of a ship")
Via (can't make a guess) 13
Monopoli (?) BA (province of Bari)
Italia
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi

Certificate requests and genealogical researches in Italy.
Translation of your (old) documents and letters.
Legal assistance in Italy for your Italian citizenship.
