Struggling with the Female Name towards the end of the attached document 4th line from the bottom.

First Name: Laiole (???)
Last Name: Giuliano

Two questions:

First, have I interpreted the Latin Handwriting correctly?
Second, If so, what would be the Italian translation of this name? Same?
