help needed from a kind soul

I have been looking for years upon years to find out my great grandfathers birth certificate, and what his mother and fathers name is.
He is called. Giulio Toti , born 1895*, near Naples. He may lived with an aunt Teresa? He left for the UK on a merchant navy ship in his mid teens.
He never divulged a lot of info about his childhood to my elders, apparently he had a tough time (orphaned?)
He married my grt grandmother in Newcastle UK, she was called Maria Risi.

I have exhausted all that I can do and pray there's someone who can help

If he married in UK in the Catholic Church they may have details of his baptism place.

I've tried all of the above to locate his birth certificate and to find his parents names, even his town, as 'near Naples' is a big place haha...
I know of his life after he left Italy, its when he was in Italy and his parentage where I'm at a loss
