I can pick out the parents, ie; Rocco Francesco Telese and Loreta Di Chiara, it is the dates that I have a problem with.

The registration date is on the top, and is 1901(uno), November 2(due)
The actual birth day is on the line before the one with "Loreta Di Chiara", and it reads: "del dì trenta del decorso mese". So the birth day is "trenta"=30, the month is obviously October, so Marciano Telese was born 1901, Oct 30.
In this particular record there is a little complication: the father's name appears to be Rocco Francesco, but the word Rocco in underlined (and overlined), this means that Rocco is crossed out. So the father's name is Francesco Telese.
