Translation Help with Birth Record for Carmine Fabrizio

Hi,

I have attached a birth record for Carmine Fabrizio that we received. We believe it is for our Carmine Fabrizio from the Province of Avellino, Italy. I believe it says his Father is Ciriac Fabrizio and his Mother is Gaetano Marano. We cannot makeout the commune.
We are struggling with the record in general and would appreciate any help in reading it.

Carmine Fabrizio was born on Apr 3rd, 1869
Father was Ciriaco, son of Felice, 35 years old, property-owner, living in Pratola
Mother was Gaetana Marano, daughter of Pietro, 28 years, housewife
The baby was born in their house in Acquaviva, Commune of Pratola.
Today there's a Commune called "Pratola Serra", in the province of Avellino. In the record, the first occurrence of "Pratola" is in lines 3-4, and is followed by a word I can't read, but might be "Serra".
